Hi, welcome to Kay’s Steak & Lobster. My name is Aizuddin and I am a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kay’s Steak & Lobster. We have 3 outlets in Klang Valley, in Putrajaya, Putra Heights and Ampang.
Our goal is to be the leading fine casual dining establishment providing innovative menu offering, quality service and quality ingredients. Our main offering is our premium steaks and also live lobster that we imported from US or Canada that flown in and delivered to us 3 times a week.
Our Beef Wellington which are made from Halal ingredients and our Lobster Thermidor are a must try item in the menu. Customer can also choose Surf & Turf as it provides exceptional value for having both steak and lobster in a single plate.
As you know dining services were not allowed during the MCO, we had to make decision overnight and adapt to the changing climate and closing down the business was not an option at that time because our team depends on the company for their income to feed their families. We decided to offer takeout and delivery service so that our food can reach our customers when they cannot come to us, and we also decided to sell a gift voucher as it provides the much needed cash flow to sustain our business, as well as our team’s wellbeing.
We’re constantly looking for ways on added safety measures that can help to minimize risk and prevent spread of germs in the restaurant to ensure a safe and hygienic dining environment. We want to make sure the air and surfaces, especially the surfaces are sterilized continuously to boost our customer’s confidence while dining in our restaurant.
