Great design idea for use in a car mid section. Only drawback is the power jack input . Too flimsy. Have a more robust power input jack to PWB and do the protection there instead of a jack that gets damaged easily when someone is more rough with it. Mine had some child kick against it accidentally damaging the supply-in jack point.
Just plug & play. Hope in future will upgrade to USB Type C.
