What is important in any service industry, and certainly even more so in hospitality, is about customer service and meeting the expectations and delivering promises of the hospitality care.

So in terms of the customer satisfaction in the hotel industry, certainly the industry where all expectations need to be met and where the requirements are at a certain level as well.

We have done many things throughout the property for the customers to improve their experience in the hotel. One thing in particular that we have done is to improve the environment and part of it is about our guest rooms as well and how we can ensure that every single room remains at the natural smell or smell free of any odours that come from the outside or from the inside of the room as well.

So this means that we have installed sterilizer in every single room from Medklinn. You can see the sterilizer is just on top there like a black box. So basically it defuses some particles of ions and what they do is to remove any types of smell in the room. So when you come into your room, regardless if your room has been occupied or not, the device is on 24/7. So it doesn’t have or issue any smell. When you come into your room, there is no smell at all.

You have no smell of smoke, there is no smell from the outside. You know it is a resort and the weather is humid and humidity would create unpleasant smell. And that device helps to neutralize smell from the room all the time.

We have done that in every single room and we have 180 rooms overall. We have tested several products as well, and what Medklinn is able to supply is a small device that fits into the room, so it does not affect the visual of the room but is very effective. It is small and we can place it where we want, we can wall-mount it, it is maintenance free.

It seemed to be at that point the logical reason why (we chose Medklinn).
