Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Selection

1. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
2. The programme is limited to residents of Malaysia.
3. You must complete the sign-up form in full to be considered for participation.
4. Signing up does not guarantee selection.
5. Participants will be chosen at the sole discretion of Medklinn.
6. Medklinn reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons.

2. Beta Test Participation

1. Only selected participants will be notified via email or WhatsApp by 18th March 2025.
2. If selected, you will receive the Versa U product at a special price of RM299.50 (Normal Price: RM599), with full warranty.
3. You must make the payment within 3 working days after being notified. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the programme.
4. Participation in the Beta Test is voluntary and non-compensated, other than the discounted price.

3. No Money-Back Guarantee

1. You acknowledge that the money-back-guarantee policy does not apply to this purchase.
2. No refunds or returns will be entertained for any reason, except for manufacturer defects covered under warranty.

4. Product Usage, Feedback and Confidentiality

1. You agree to use the product as instructed and provide honest feedback regarding performance, usability, and any issues encountered.
2. You agree to share your experience and feedback with MedKlinn through an online survey and may be contacted for follow-up questions.
3. Any feedback provided may be used for product development and marketing purposes.
4. All feedback remains confidential and is the intellectual property of MedKlinn.
5. You must provide THREE (3) images showcasing how you are using the Versa U and submit your feedback as part of the programme.
6. You consent to Medklinn using your testimonials, reviews, and images for promotional purposes.
7. The product is intended for personal use only and should not be resold or redistributed.

5. Limitation of Liability

1. MedKlinn is not liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or any loss of data arising from the use of Versa U during the Beta Test Programme.
2. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with testing a new product.

6. Term and Termination

1. The Beta Test Programme will run until all testing spots are filled or until 16th March 2025, whichever comes first.
2. MedKlinn reserves the right to terminate any participant’s involvement in the Beta Test Programme if they fail to meet the programme’s requirements.

7. Privacy

1. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this Beta Test Programme and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Warranty & Support

1. The standard warranty policy applies, covering manufacturing defects only.
2. Any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty.
3. Medklinn reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.
4. Any changes will be communicated to selected participants.

8. Agreement

1. By participating in this programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
