We are operating about 175 hotels worldwide and very well recognized under the Minor Brand in Thailand, where we operate hotels under the brand of Anantara, Four Seasons, St Regis, JW Marriott and especially AVANI, most recently joined our brands.

Nikolaus Priesnitz, Area General Manager North Thailand, Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort, AVANI Riverside Bangkok Hotel, Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort.

Besides many hotels, we also operate many restaurants. Those restaurants are recognized all over the world and one of those restaurants is Benihana.

Benihana has you may know is a teppanyaki restaurant and we have that restaurant on our property since a little bit more than twenty years now.

Teppanyaki restaurants as you may and can imagine, do bring a set of challenges with it, despite the fact that the “eatertainment” is really the great aspect that is very much liked and enjoyed by many visitors. Teppanyaki, fire, sizzling meat and we do work with lots of suppliers.

One of those suppliers and great business partner is Keith and Kym. We had reached out and tried to find a solution and they suggested Medklinn to us.

A solution was suggested, the PRO AS300D and that solution was quite unique and different. It was a small box that we could hide under our ceiling initially.

What happened then after a couple of weeks, when patrons returned back to the restaurant, we received our first positive feedback and the positive feedback was that the restaurant smells fresher, the restaurant seems to be cleaner and guests don’t smell anymore when leaving the restaurant . 

Won, perfect! And then initially after a couple of months, we recognized great savings and chemical use being now able to operate environmental friendly, saving money… yes there is an investment. 

There is no question but you recognize an ROI very quickly and the ROI is financially and guest satisfaction and we have won all the way. So PRO AS300D was a great solution for us.
