ED.JU Omakase – Customers No Longer Complained about Odours on their Garments

However, as an open kitchen restaurant, customers often complained on how the smell linger on their garments after having a meal. Hi, I am Eddie from ED.JU Restaurant and Lounge. ED.JU aims to provide a new dining experience in Malaysia.

We do Omakase dining only and also the whiskey lounge next door.

When we first opened the restaurant, we actually have a lot issues, especially when it comes to the smells, because it is actually an open kitchen.

Customers actually complained because every single time when they dined with us, they left with the smells on their body and clothes. Because of that, we actually installed the Medklinn Air+Surface Sterilizers in the restaurant.

After the installation, it really helps us a lot. We don’t use the chemical spray anymore just to remove the odour. 

Righ now, I would say that all my customers are really happy to dine in with us, they have no complaint at all. And the same goes to the whiskey lounge as well.

We are featuring the cigars at the same time and we put in another unit of Medklinn. It does the same thing for us, we don’t have any smells at all.
