Greetings, I am practising dentist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the last 27 years. In January 2020, this was set to change. The entire world did not expect the Covid-19 virus to emerge.
It’s spread such an alarming red, that now in no time it has now become a global pandemic. Many businesses have suffered great losses. Some had even closed, many have financial problems and this had also affected the healthcare industry.
As dental professionals, my colleagues and myself had taken immediate action to address this problem.
We proceeded to look for equipments to clean our air in order to provide a safe environment for our staff to operate and for our patients to receive treatment.
We invested in a high vacuum water droplet extractor that when place close to the patient mount, we are able to extract all the water droplets from the patients’ mouth directly into the machine and filter accordingly.
Another crucial investment that we had bought is 1 unit of Medklinn Air+Surface Sterilizer that would able to kill all the viruses and bacteria that are not only airborne, but also on the surfaces.
The new normal is set to stay.
