Part and parcel of what we faced previously was bad odours like diapers and the elderly odours. On top of that, the infection rate was quite high. We realized that it has reduced tremendously with Medklinn.
We get infection like once a month, like flu or cough, but ever since we installed Medklinn, it reduced tremendously.
We have increased the quality of life here, the flu epidemic is reduced tremendously. I think the elderly is so happy now. The productivity has increased
as well.
Before this, the staff fell sick like once a month, some as frequent as twice a month because they are caregivers, so they are exposed to flu, viruses and cough.
There’s no choice, because as a caregiver, we must give the care to others. But, right now with Medklinn, it makes all the difference.

Previously, when they open the door or window, they smell the odour, they can smell it. The urine smell is there, the faeces smell is there. But today, ever since we installed Medklinn, it’s just null-zero smell.
So, I am quiet happy with that. I think the most important part is the productivity. My staff has reduced their MC – the level of MC has reduced. Because of the staff, the quality of life of the elderly has improved.
