By submitting any material to Medklinn’s Sinus Relief Stories Campaign, you affirm the following:

Eligibility and Consent

You confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, to enter into this agreement under these terms and conditions.

 

Campaign Period

The campaign will run from 1st April 2024 to 31st August 2024.

 

Originality and Ownership

Your submission is entirely original, except for media (video, audio, or photographs) that are in the public domain or to which you own the entire right, title, and interest.
You have all the necessary rights to the submitted material to agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Submission Limits and Types

Each participant can only submit once during the campaign period.
Participants can choose between two types of submissions: Written story and/or video story.
The written story must attach a selfie of the participant with the Medklinn product.

 

Submission Methods

Submit your written/video stories to https://my.medklinn.com/sinus-relief-stories.
Ensure your submission includes all necessary details and a valid email address for communication.

 

Voucher Rewards

Upon submission, participants will receive the following vouchers:

• For written stories, participants will be rewarded with an RM100 Medklinn Voucher.
• For video stories, participants will be rewarded with an RM200 Medklinn Voucher.

 

Validation Process

All submissions will be validated to ensure the content adheres to the Terms & Conditions before the reward is granted to the participants.

 

License Grant

You grant Medklinn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to reproduce, disseminate, modify, and use your submission materials in whole or in part, in all media now known or later developed, at the sole discretion of Medklinn.
You acknowledge that this license is granted without compensation or financial benefit.

 

Usage Rights

Medklinn has the sole discretion to use the submitted material, in whole or in part, in any and all communication channels, including but not limited to television, radio, websites, social media, print and online publications, newsletters, etc.
The material may also be used in current or future promotional, educational, and exhibition purposes.

 

Publication Consent

You consent to Medklinn’s publication of your submission, including your first name, first initial of your last name, and your city and state of residence, on its website as part of the Sinus Relief Stories Campaign or other promotional programs.
Participation and submission are voluntary.

 

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your submission and any consequences of submitting it.
Medklinn is not responsible or liable for any breach of these terms and conditions by you, claims by a third party that your submission violates their rights, or claims by you that a third party is misusing your submission.

 

Changes

Medklinn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
